Are you passionate about soccer and looking for a part-time role in Youth Soccer coaching?

Join New England Force as we expand our coaching staff to develop, engage and inspire the players that we work with! We seek part-time coaches who are able to work within a team and demonstrate an ability and passion to connect with players to develop their soccer skills. Whether you are just starting out as a coach or have prior experience, we have an opportunity that's right for you. We run a variety of programs across the south shore between Plymouth and Weymouth.

A successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organization & communication skills and have a flexible schedule for work during evenings and weekends.

Successful candidates should also :

• have work authorization for the USA
• Have your own vehicle with a valid drivers license. Opportunities available across the South Shore in MA.
• Be able to successfully complete a background check (CORI & SORI)

What you'll get from us!

Competitive Pay : $20-$50 per hour based on your role, licensure and experience. Club team coaches get a yearly salary.

Training & Professional Development : We support our staff with developmentally appropriate plans for each session along with regular professional development and year round evaluations from the On-field Directors.

Coaching gear and Equipment : Through our partnership with Nike, we'll provide you with a comprehensive package of uniform and equipment for all coaches.
