• Guiding patients and families on non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy lifestyle changes.
• Implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and exceed quality measures.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and manage holistic treatment plans that support recovery.
