Receive product shipments from customers, identify the product, repackage product and forward to appropriate department or vendor.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Receives daily product returns, updates customer information, complete paper by matching return authorization.
• Repackage products and ensure documentation is completed for each packet.
• Contacts customer via phone, fax, email or in person.
• Ships returns to appropriate locations.
