About The Position

Job Title : Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 5 years required

License : Valid RN License required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC preferred

Must-Have : Prior charge experience preferred

Must be willing to float and take on house supervisor duties

Description :

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required in this unit.

An ASAP start is required.

The weekly hours expected are 36.

Staff will be required to work every other holiday; holiday RTO is not accepted.

The role primarily involves emergency room responsibilities.

The candidate must be willing to train in the house supervisor role for some weekend coverage.

Barcode scanning must be maintained at 95% or above to be eligible for an extension.

Performance lower than 95% could result in cancellation.

First-time travelers are not accepted.

RNs will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm awareness of unit requirements.

Candidates should be prepared to comply with patient care protocols.

Candidates must plan ahead to avoid work schedule conflicts.
