  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Active Arkansas licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license-eligible
  • Preferred (But Not Required) :

  • Experience with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Therapy
  • Background in crisis intervention, addiction treatment, and substance abuse counseling
  • Experience in individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy with children, adolescents, families, and couples
  • Previous work in child therapy, domestic violence counseling, or social services
  • Clinical supervision experience and leadership skills
  • Strong client relations and patient advocacy background
  • Community outreach experience
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy services to patients of all ages
  • Treat mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence through evidence-based interventions
  • Implement crisis intervention protocols and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies
  • Complete thorough progress notes and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with our in-house psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
  • Engage in patient advocacy and community outreach initiatives
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff as needed
