Temp Facility Maintenance Coordinator

As part of our Facilities Maintenance team, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From making sure vendors are paid on time to keeping our records neat and organized, your work will help the team stay focused on what they do best.

You'll collaborate with Facilities Maintenance Managers, departments across the company, and multiple locations. It's a role where attention to detail really makes an impact, and your organization skills will shine.

What you will be doing :

• Process and track invoices in the system to ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time.
• Communicate with Facilities Maintenance Managers and other departments to keep jobs and records organized from start to finish.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide general administrative support, helping the team stay on top of day-to-day needs.
