Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Truck Driver with a valid CDL A and flatbed experience to join our growing team! Enjoy the benefits of a direct-hire position working Sunday through Thursday with weekends at home. We offer full benefits and BRAND NEW TRUCKS!

Our company specializes in high-quality commercial wood doors, laminate countertops, and more. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for motivated candidates to fill the Regional Truck Driver position.

Compensation

  • Average annual salary of approximately $90,000+, including activity-based pay (miles, stops, etc.).
  • Receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus : $1,500 after 90 days, $1,500 after 6 months, and $3,000 after 1 year.
  • Average of 2,000 miles / week.
  • Typical work days range from 10-14 hours.
  • Weekly paychecks.

    • Work Schedule

  • Sunday-Thursday with guaranteed home time every weekend! Enjoy flexible scheduling for work-life balance.
  • Start times vary based on business needs.
  • Routes and stops are pre-planned for drivers.
  • No slip-seating; you will be assigned a BRAND NEW 2025 vehicle with a sleeper cab.
  • Routes may include 1 overnight stay or up to 5 days depending on assignment.
  • Routes are primarily regional, with the opportunity to run all 48 states.
  • Make multiple stops per day; consistently handle 15 stops each week.
  • Flexibility with work schedule and route assignments is essential.

    • Responsibilities

  • Deliver and unload high-end custom doors and countertops to retail and end users.
  • Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to designated locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle mechanical aspects.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues regarding trucks and equipment.
  • Transport with flatbed trailers featuring curtain sides.

    • Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of CDL A driving experience.
  • Current DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
  • Excellent physical condition, capable of standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Able to work in various environments and under challenging conditions (hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors).
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
  • Able to lift and push / pull 75 pounds without assistance.
