T o assure all foods are prepared at the highest level of quality. To supervise the evening shift or in the absence of the supervisor. Ensure that the patient’s nutritional needs are met. Prepares meals for the regular and modified patient diets as determined. Works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Food Service.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Perform duties in a way that ensures the safety of all using the services and facilities of your department and Glenbeigh.
- Ability to read, write and understand recipes and written policies and procedures.
Required Length and Type of Experience
