We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician / Gynecologist for a 26-week locum tenens opportunity in California. This assignment begins Nov 12, 2025, and features a Monday and Wednesday schedule with shifts from 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive OB / GYN care, including gynecological services, prenatal and postpartum care, as well as labor and delivery management.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide gynecological care, including well woman exams, Pap smears, pelvic exams, and hysterectomiesDeliver health education, STD screenings, contraceptive counseling, prenatal and postpartum care, and menopause careOffer comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, monitoring both maternal and fetal healthManage labor and delivery, both vaginal and cesarean sectionDiagnose and treat infections, menstrual disorders, and menopause-related conditionsPrescribe medications and provide patient counseling and supportCollaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient encountersFormulate diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plansEvaluate patients following return from off-site treatmentSchedule and perform laboratory and diagnostic proceduresAdditional Information
