Position : Veeva CTMS Consultant

Location : Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA

Type : Full-time / Contract

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Veeva CTMS Consultant to support our client’s clinical operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CTMS implementation and integration, along with strong knowledge of the Veeva Vault ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support Veeva CTMS implementation and integration activities.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system configurations.

Ensure proper integration of CTMS with other Veeva Vault or enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain documentation, configuration guides, and validation deliverables.

Ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years of experience in the Life Sciences domain, with at least 5+ years focused on Veeva CTMS.

Hands-on experience in CTMS integration (mandatory).

Veeva Vault certification (mandatory).

Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and related business processes.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

Experience with Veeva RIM or other Veeva Vault applications.
