Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Overview :

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities :

Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect data to measure progress
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements :

Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members

Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

Mandarin speaking a plus

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Benefits :

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : Up to $32 an hour (based on education and prior work experience)

Schedule :

Client sessions generally take place during the later afternoon hours and evenings , and are scheduled on most days of the week . Specific days and time vary by client.
