Financial Analyst II

BAE Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join its organization. Responsibilities include supporting various Precision Guided Munitions programs, working closely with the program and financial teams in developing and analyzing key financial measures, assessing contract profitability and ensuring compliance to accounting systems, assembling financial data for inclusion in contract reviews, forecasts, and variance explanations with some supervision, and ensuring understanding of financial data and methodologies. Demonstrate knowledge of accounting, billing, and finance.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of experience OR equivalent education / experience
• Interpersonal and communication skills used to interface with program management and financial analysts
• Ability to develop solutions to relatively complex problems using ingenuity and innovation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash, and collections
• Computer competency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $66084 - $112343. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
