Residential / Multifamily Projects
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join an established construction company specializing in residential and multifamily mechanical and plumbing projects. This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to lead a team and / or pair with project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Bidding
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical and plumbing packages on residential and multifamily projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive bid proposals
- Support business development efforts with potential project values exceeding $100M annually
Leadership & Team Development
Grow into leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 estimating professionalsEstablish and maintain estimating standards and best practicesCollaborate with project management and field operations teamsPotential to transition into full-cycle project management roleClient Relations
Maintain relationships with established client baseSupport proposal presentations and client meetingsEnsure estimates align with client expectations and project requirementsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (NOT required)Minimum 4 years of construction estimating experienceStrong background in mechanical and / or plumbing systemsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesLeadership experience or demonstrated leadership potentialQualifications
Experience with residential and multifamily construction projectsKnowledge of current construction methods, materials, and costsExperience with project management responsibilitiesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulationsFor the Right Candidate, There Is :
