Position Summary
The Education Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing customer-focused programs and assets for the Operations (Education / Consulting) team. This role will serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Events, Education and Customer Success teams to ensure high-quality execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, customer-facing content, webinars, and video programs. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of managing multiple projects and driving impactful engagement with our client base.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Act as the point person to execute any customer-facing programs, webinars, and digital content while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences that support customer success and brand alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of promotional or education support client-facing documents by gathering input from internal teams, coordinating with tech writers and / or marketing, and ensuring all content is clear, brand-aligned, and effective in messaging.
- Serve as the education point-of-contact for any marketing needs related to colleges, academies and other customer events. Work closely with internal requestors and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of free training webinars by creating email invites in Pardot, setting up sessions in GoToWebinar, organizing tech tests and dry runs, coordinating presenter materials and schedules, and serving as the main point of contact during live events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for the referral campaign, which includes maintaining and updating the master list of client references and referrals, track responses, share working lists with Support and Customer Success Managers, and deliver finalized versions to the marketing team.
- Oversee the YouTube Education channel and playlists to ensure a consistent brand experience, project manage client portal video content in collaboration with events and marketing teams and perform light video edits while coordinating with external videographers for advanced production needs.
- Manage ad hoc projects for any client-facing documents by collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Own updating website education content or work with cross-functional teams.
- If needed, track, analyze and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
- Maintain project timelines and communication plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Required Skills and Experience
