Field Service Technician - Commercial Refrigeration & Kitchen Equipment

We are currently expanding and seeking a Refrigeration Field Service Technician for our Brentwood, NH location to support this growth.

Total Compensation : $60,000.00 - $115,000.00+ per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration and ice machine equipment.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all customer services.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department for parts identification and ordering.
• Install parts professionally and timely.
• Keep the service truck organized and well-maintained.
• Engage with manufacturers, sales reps, dealers, and customers effectively.
• Identify service challenges, gather relevant data, and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers when equipment diagnosis is needed.
• Provide excellent service and communicate clearly with customers.
• Recommend additional JWS services to customers as appropriate.
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and turning during an 8-hour workday, including driving between client sites.
