\nContract Duration : 24 Months
\n Required Skills & Experience
\n
- Experience with Capital Markets / Banking / Financial Services
\n
Design and develop robust desktop applications using C#, WPF, .NET Framework 4.8, MVVM, and XAML – strong experience preferred\n
Implement asynchronous programming patterns and integrate with internal / external APIs\n
Build scalable web applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS – (alternate skillset in lieu of C# / .NET)\n
Optimize database performance through complex query writing in SQL Server and MongoDB\n
Develop and maintain messaging pipelines using JMS, TIBCO, or Solace – (good to have)\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features\n
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and DevOps practices including GIT, EPL, and CI / CD\n
Contribute to microservices design and deployment strategies – (nice to have)\n
Core Java skills (data structures, algorithms, multi-threading and exception handling as a programmer or software developer)\n
Spring boot and ReactJS Scripting\n
Ability to write efficient and complex queries in SQL Server and MongoDB to optimize database performance\n
Messaging technologies such as JMS, TIBCO, or Solace to establish data pipelines between systems\n
Microservices Design, DevOps (GIT, EPL, CICD) - nice to have\n
\n What You Will Be Doing \n
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.\n \nINTERVIEWS : (MULTI-ROUND)
\nRound 1 - Technical screen with team leads
\nRound 2 – Tech Screen with principal engineer - 2&3 maybe combined
\nRound 3 – QA-screening with hiring manager and / or peers / Final sign off by leadership Solid Java / J2EE and SQL skills and very hands-on (no Project Mgmt / Lead / Architect alone kind of personality sought) – hands on, is a must
