About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience, 2 years required
• Floating is required within skill set
• Will accept 1st time travelers
• Must be able to provide two references from a charge nurse or above

Description :

This position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.

The nurse will be responsible for providing care to adults and geriatric patients.

Required skills include blood product administration, central line blood draw, and colostomy care.

Experience in high flow nasal cannula and interpretation of arterial blood gases is necessary.

Nurses must administer oxygen and manage tracheostomies.

The role involves teamwork with interdisciplinary support including physical therapy and social services.

Wound care and management of surgical drains will be part of the responsibilities.

Nurses must meet the requirement to float to areas as needed.

50% of weekend shifts and holidays are required.
