Fleet Coordinator | Henderson, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring a Fleet Coordinator to coordinate and manage the scheduling of deliveries from a fast-paced warehouse operation in Henderson, NV. In this role, youll ensure shipments are accurately prepared, documented, and delivered on time while maintaining clear communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers. Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of outgoing shipments and deliveries

Communicate daily assignments to drivers and warehouse personnel

Ensure all shipments are properly labeled, documented, and compliant with company policies and regulations

Track and monitor shipments to guarantee on-time delivery

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery schedules, and transportation logs

Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, delays, or issues

Collaborate with inventory control staff to ensure product availability and accuracy

Handle and resolve delivery-related issues or delays in real-time

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations

Use dispatch software and logistics systems to manage schedules and documentation

Qualifications

Must meet DSVs pre-employment requirements, including a 10-year background check (no misdemeanors or felonies) and a 5-panel drug screening (including THC)

1+ years of proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong knowledge of dispatching procedures and transportation regulations

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and logistics systems

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if required

Pay

$24.00 $26.00 per hour
