Job Overview
IT Support Technician – Provide hands-on support for desktop, notebook, and mobile computing equipment across the region. Role includes hardware and software troubleshooting, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and occasional travel to remote locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain desktop, notebook, and mobile devices.
- Provide support for software applications and hardware.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of IT equipment in field vehicles.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve workstation issues.
- Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 support teams for escalated problems.
- Utilize an internal ticketing system to manage support requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Windows desktop operating systems and productivity applications.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Effective teamwork in a collaborative environment.Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.Capable of providing Tier 2 support to other IT personnel.Willingness to learn new technologies and retain training.Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.Technical Skills

Standard hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PMPrimary office location : Frankfort, KYTravel to remote sites across the region is required; a company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.Requirements

Pay range : $22.00 – $28.00 / hr.
