Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team and drive the technical direction of their solutions and products.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of reliable, maintainable, and scalable software

Provide technical coaching and feedback through design discussions and mentoring

Monitor and improve team performance metrics and drive consistency in development standards

Required Qualifications

Senior proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, PHP, C#)

5+ years of backend and / or frontend development experience

2+ years of technical leadership experience (Tech Lead, Manager, or higher)

Proven ability to balance people leadership with technical depth

Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools preferred
