Salary : $100K-$125K + 10% Bonus | Flexibility available for the right candidate

A rapidly expanding investment and asset operations firm is seeking a Compliance & Controls Manager to lead internal control initiatives and support financial integrity across a high-transaction environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven culture and values strategic thinking and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead internal controls and risk assessments tied to property acquisitions and commercial lease structures

Drive process improvements and support quarterly close cycles

Collaborate with leadership on audit readiness and SOX compliance

Supervise and mentor accounting team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred)

Experience in public company accounting or internal audit

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Yardi, or MRI systems

Background in healthcare or real estate is a plus
