Kelly Services is hiring Quality Inspection Technicians for a premier client in West Chester, OH . This role involves manual visual inspection of vials and syringes in a controlled environment to ensure product quality and patient safety.

Pay & Shifts :

  • 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM | $23.00 / hr
  • 2nd Shift : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM | $26.00 / hr
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform manual visual inspection of vials / syringes in an inspection booth
  • Identify defects, record results, and follow inspection protocols
  • Maintain focus and pace during extended inspection periods with scheduled breaks
  • Clean work areas / equipment, handle materials / waste, and complete documentation
  • Comply with controlled environment gowning (coveralls, hairnet, beard net) – no jewelry / nail polish
  • Complete computerized training and qualify to perform inspections
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Prior Quality Inspection experience required
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Must pass an eye exam (20 / 20 with prescription lenses if needed) and color blindness test
  • Ability to work in a controlled, highly regulated environment
  • Comfortable sitting for long periods while performing inspections
  • Team-oriented with strong documentation and compliance skills
