Position Summary :

The Client Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing our clients' contractual expectations. Lead development, supervising brand ambassadors, managing offsite events and driving sales through customer engagement are some of the primary duties. This position offers flexible weekday schedules with occasional weekend hours.

Job Expectations :

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as primary contact for client account management.
  • Supervise staff to meet client targets providing training, coaching and reporting.
  • Ensure successful event management at client locations as contracted.
  • Administrative duties to support client sales management.
  • Convert inbound sales inquiries to booked appointments.
  • Generate leads through onsite events.

Qualifications :

  • Previous sales, retail, or event experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and lead a team.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage event logistics and staff scheduling.
  • Comfortable training, mentoring, and giving real-time feedback to staff.
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple client locations; valid driver’s license and require reliable transportation to transport  event materials and display.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with event setup / teardown.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Self motivated can do attitude with ability to work unsupervised to meet client and company goals.
  • Present professional appearance and demeanor.
