Technical Lead - Commercial Online Banking (Remote)

Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position provides specialized technical leadership during the architecture, design, implementation, and support of assigned systems and applications. Directs decision-making within technical projects to facilitate project planning, scope, and time estimates. Trains less experienced associates and assists management in monitoring team performance. Collaborates with peers, managers, and cross-platform teams to align projects and tasks with wider organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Informal leadership of technical resources : informally lead the team through hands- on and direct technical experience and exposure
• Hands-On Development :  Be actively involved in software development, code review, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Angular JS Expertise :  Leverage deep knowledge of Angular JS to develop and maintain responsive web applications.
• Java and Spring Development :  Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java and Spring to build scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Team Collaboration :  Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment by working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Mentorship :  Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and skills development.
• Project Management :  Manage software development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering

The base pay for this position is generally between $115,000 and $176,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment
