Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Windsor, CO

Schedule : 4-day workweek (3 days clinic, 1 day OR)

Call : Low volume 1 : 2 clinic call managed from home, optional facial trauma call

About the Opportunity

Join a well-established, patient-centered ENT practice in Windsor, with a focus on general otolaryngology and opportunities to emphasize otology or laryngology. Work in a brand new clinic space equipped for comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.

Collaborate with a strong two-provider team supported by audiologists and advanced practice providers

Manage 20-25 patients per day with ample time for new and follow-up visits

Provide care in a Level 3 trauma facility with access to integrated multispecialty services and a robust referral base

Enjoy a balanced 4-day workweek with predictable clinic and OR time

Participate in manageable on-call duties, mostly from home with low call volume

Work with the EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation

Thrive in a collaborative environment that supports career growth and work-life balance

Not accepting Locum Tenens or candidates seeking alternate schedules

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $413,000 - $459,000 annually
