Title : Machine Learning Modeler / Data Scientist (Marketing & Claims Optimization)
Summary :
This role will advance and operationalize marketing and claims personalization models. You’ll collaborate with marketing analytics and content operations to complete and integrate analytic streams into unified regression and clustering models that identify high-impact, personalized content and business drivers.
Core Responsibilities :
- Build, tune, and deploy regression and clustering models (K-Means, tree-based, regression).
- Generate segmentation outputs and dynamic metric weighting frameworks.
- Engineer categorical features and model variable impacts for defined marketing and claims targets.
- Collaborate with marketing operations, content, and data teams to implement model outputs.
- Document modeling approach and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications :
3–5+ years in data science, ML, or statistical modeling roles.Proficiency in Python or R with libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas.Experience with clustering and regression modeling.Understanding of marketing analytics.Strong quantitative foundation (statistics, econometrics, or applied math).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred :
Experience with marketing or claims datasets and personalization modeling.Familiarity with regression deployment and operationalization.Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
