job_description.job_card.job_description?? What You'll Do Support the Tech / Product team in maintaining internal systems and dashboards (HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets). Help document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and support. Monitor automations in HubSpot and Zapier for emails, forms, and task assignments. Experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and workflow agents to simplify work. Collaborate with the creative and operations teams on digital content and knowledge assets. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily coordination using Jira. ?? What You'll Learn How digital operations support real patient-care workflows in healthcare technology. Practical, responsible use of AI tools in day-to-day business systems. Core principles of product operations automation design , and knowledge management How agile teams collaborate across technical and clinical departments. ? Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program (any major welcome). Curious about automation, AI, or healthcare technology. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Zapier , or Notion is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
