ManTech seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented Senior SPLUNK Systems Engineer to join our team located in Fort Meade, MD . As a Senior SPLUNK Systems Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in Linux with Scripting skills (Bash, Python), as well as your experience in Cloud / AWS administration, hardware / software engineering, configuration, and deployment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and provide advice on alternative approaches, conducting feasibility studies as necessary.
• Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning, including the preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interact with the Government on Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated issues or conflicts.
• Assume ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area.
• Communicate effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
