Overview

iHerb is seeking a Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team. This is a remote role with a preferred location in Southern California. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing content across digital platforms, coordinating daily web content updates, and ensuring timely and up-to-date promotions using iHerb’s CMS. The position involves collaboration with multiple departments and handling special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple departments (Digital Experience, Global Logistics, Merchandising, Human Resources, etc.) by managing all content updates for the global website.
• Partner with the localization team to ensure content is translated into all 35+ languages the website supports.
• Set up global and regional promotions across all platforms, including iHerb’s app.
• Improve internal efficiency by proactively developing new processes for optimized workflow.
• Become an expert in the functionality and features of iHerb internal tools and backend logic.
• Partner with the Business Product Technology team to provide feedback to improve internal tools for maximum efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems quickly with sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Manage various websites, including core iHerb.com, Careers, and HR website.
• Document changes to internal tools and processes when new features are introduced to the team.
