Job Title : Mechanical Engineer – Healthcare Product Development

Work location : Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Role is part of a new product development team focused on sending mothers and infants home healthy. The core member of the MIC HW team will design cable harnessing, collaborate and manage suppliers, and carry out verification of medical devices. Contributions include design, development, and validation of electromechanical systems while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical design experience, and a motivation to achieve results. The role will develop a deep understanding of patient and customer needs, product technology and intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices aligned with regulatory requirements (FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, etc.)
