The Role

We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will be a foundational technical leader, reporting directly to our CEO. You'll drive the architecture, design, and development of our web applications, APIs, and backend systems. This isn't just writing code—you'll shape our technical direction, mentor other engineers, and build systems that scale.

What You'll Do

Architect & Build : Design and develop core features for our spatial intelligence platform
Lead Technically : Set coding standards, establish best practices, and guide technical decisions
Integrate AI : Work with AI models to bring intelligent features into our product stack
Mentor : Help level up other developers through code reviews and technical guidance
Own the Stack : Take ownership of our full technology ecosystem from sprint planning to deployment

Our Tech Stack

Frontend : Angular

Backend : Node.js , NestJS

Database : PostgreSQL

Cloud & DevOps : Your expertise will help shape this

AI / ML : Custom models, fine-tuning, and integrations

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves :

Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript across the full stack including Node.js

Proven ability to design and architect scalable web applications

Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex concepts clearly and excel in collaborating with the business and technology teams.

Self-starter mentality with a passion for design patterns, clean code, and solid processes

Devotion to agile software development methodologies

Experience mentoring or leading other developers

Nice-to-Haves :

Deep and broad experience with Angular

Experience with Python

Experience or interest in 3D modeling, including Three.js

Experience with AI integration in software development (using AI tools in SDLC, implementing AI features)

iOS development knowledge, including ARKit

DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience

Interest in residential and commercial architecture and design (real estate)

Located in Minneapolis area

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $150,000 - $185,000 (based on experience)

Equity : Meaningful equity stake in an early-stage company

Work Location

Preferred : Minneapolis area (hybrid / on-site)
