Registered Behavior Technician

Overview

Global Behavioral Solutions (GBS) is looking to hire RBTs to join our diverse team, where compensation and support are unmatched. We are committed to disseminating cultural disparities surrounding autism and behavioral health services and it starts with our frontline staff of behavior analysts and RBTs. All RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their clinical supervisor (BCBA), to provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings using evidence-based-practices proven to be effective. We offer focused and comprehensive treatment models as outlined in BACB guidelines to improve quality of life outcomes for individuals with autism.

In order to be considered for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position, you MUST have your RBT certification and Medicaid Provider ID.

Position

Position type : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role involves providing ABA services under supervision in home, school, and community settings, following BACB guidelines as part of a coordinated treatment plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate findings to the clinical supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
