Responsibilities :

• Handle the collection of overdue real estate and property tax payments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to resolve outstanding balances.
• Manage high-volume call center operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Utilize established credit and collection procedures to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Track and document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments for further action.
• Monitor account statuses and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies during all collection activities.
• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections.
• Strong knowledge of credit and collection processes.
• Familiarity with call center operations and ability to handle high volumes of calls.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in managing billing and collection tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in services or similar industries is preferred.
