Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Electrophysiology Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist – Portland, OR Start Date : October 27, 2025 A leading healthcare institution in Portland, Oregon is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Technologist to join its cardiovascular team. This role supports a high-acuity EP Lab serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Position Overview Shift : 4x10-Hour Days (06 : 45 – 17 : 15), Monday through Friday Setting : EP Lab and Multispecialty Procedure Unit (MSPU) On-Call : Dedicated team available after hours; routine staff not required to be on-call Start Date : October 27, 2025 Key Responsibilities Assist EP medical staff with invasive electrophysiology procedures Provide technical support for arrhythmia control device implantation and programming Operate cardiac stimulators, radiofrequency generators, and CRM programmers Support procedures including EP studies, ablations (atrial flutter / fib, PVC, SVT, VT), temporary pacers, Watchman, Lariat, loop recorders, and device implants / explants Ensure continuous cardiac monitoring and collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff Qualifications Minimum one year of experience as an EP Technologist Proficiency in cardiac stimulator and RF generator operation Experience with CRM programmers Certifications required : ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES Preferred certification : PALS Facility Highlights High-volume EP Lab with routine, urgent, and emergent cases Outpatient procedures performed at Center for Health and Healing Building 2 Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on cardiac care excellence About The Judge Group Judge Healthcare, a division of The Judge Group, bridges the talent divide for companies and organizations across the healthcare ecosystem, providing resources and specialized roles such as travel nurses, allied health professionals, locum tenens, and more.
