Diesel Fleet Technician

Circle K is looking for a Diesel Fleet Technician to work in our fuel transportation shop in Waycross, GA.

Candidates for this job must have a strong eye for detail, provide quick and strategic solutions, and adapt to sudden changes.

We are looking for fast-paced, self-motivated team players who have a positive attitude and extreme determination as we continue to build out our Fleet Transportation network.

Responsibilities :

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard component inspections and repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Diagnoses standard mechanical and electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic tools when applicable.
• Identifies root cause of basic failures / conditions and perform repairs as required.
• Replaces defective components as instructed.
• Performs facility maintenance duties.
• Interacts with operators / drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
• Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available.
• Works in accordance with all federal / provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, etc.)
• Performs other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to road service support.
