Picker

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the assembly industry, is seeking a Picker to join their team. As a Picker, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Burlington, IA

Pay Range : $15 per hour

Shift : 1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform picking tasks as required to support production needs
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of assembly processes
