Call Requirements : None

Floating : None

Requirements : Active RN licensure

BLS, ACLS, PALS (all required)

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience

Experience with : Vent management

Post-Cath Lab patients

Critical drips

Primary nurse duties in CCU

Unit Details : 10-bed ICU

Occasional Med Surg overflow

Patient ratio : 1 : 2–3 (dependent on patient acuity and clinician experience)

Role Overview :

The ICU RN provides critical care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. This includes managing complex medical conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced critical care setting.
