Position Title : Service Desk Technician

Location : McConnell AFB, Kansas

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations for DoDEA Schools in Yokosuka, Japan.

Role Designation : IT Service Desk Specialist - Level I IT Security Designation : ADP / IT-III Investigation Required : Tier 3 (T3) IA Technical / Management Designation : IAT I and CE Commercial (Baseline) Certificates : IAT I : Please see Section 3.0 Commercial Certificates for DoD 8570.01-M certificate requirement, CE : Associate level certificate for supported technology as approved by the COR. Experience in this Discipline : Two (2) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
