Salary Range : $120K - $130K depending on experience
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including REST / SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong ServiceNow development skills
- Experience with ITSM / ITOM

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to business requirementsDrive platform enhancements through ServiceNow upgrades and new feature implementations, including participation in semi-annual upgradesProvide prompt and effective support for day-to-day platform operations, addressing incidents, root cause analysis, and long-term resolutionCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical deliverablesDocument architectural designs, data flows, code, and configurations to maintain traceability and platform integrityPartner with ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB experts to enhance discovery, automation, and asset management capabilitiesEnsure platform performance, data quality, and compliance with security standardsLead special projects and workstreams within the ecosystem to drive business process optimization and ROIConsult with business partners on best practices integrating across systems through REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs standardsFunction as an agent for change in the process optimization and strategic planning for technology and business innovationMinimum Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of ServiceNow development or implementation experienceITIL, COBIT, financial planning, budgeting, business acumenWritten and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building, problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership, coaching, delegation, design thinkingStandout Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldSeven (7) years of experience managing enterprise IT platforms, including ServiceNow and / or integration platforms like BoomiProven experience leading ServiceNow Implementations and custom developmentKnowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile MethodologiesExperience in AI / ML-driven automation and self-service solutionsInterview Process
