Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with segment teams to develop media plans that support segment-specific goals
Guide media agencies in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns
Track campaign performance and recommend optimization solutions
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of media planning and buying experience, preferably at an advertising agency or in-house marketing department
Proven ability to work independently in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated expertise in paid media strategy and execution
Hands-on experience with media platforms is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
