POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the supervision of the Membership Director, or other assigned associate, Membership Associate is responsible for delivering excellent services to all members, guests, and program participants. The primary function of the Membership Associate will be to highly engage with members, guests, and program participants including member retention, promoting and selling membership, registering participants for programs / services, meeting and executing the business function of a membership, and maintaining a safe environment.
