ABOUT US :

Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Clinic Manager to our staff in Eagle Grove, IA for the outpatient setting. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa, providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. Our interdisciplinary teams succeed through efficient communication and support from our local home office.

PAY : Negotiable

HOURS : 30-40 Hrs. Flexible

CLINIC MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree as required by their specific discipline and professional licensure as required by state law. A minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience in their specific discipline is required and 2-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and manage details and requires the ability to input data and understand Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • CLINIC MANAGER REQUIREMENTS :

  • Directs Operations for the specific clinic, for all disciplines in that clinic. Ensuring proper staffing, productivity, action plans, and market-specific program development. Works with Millennium’s clients and referring physicians to ensure satisfaction and works on marketing and sales to promote and grow the clinic.
  • Interviews and recruits new candidates. Coordinates new hire process with HR, CEO, and COO. Communicates policies and procedures to personnel. Performs employee evaluations and recommends raises for approval by the CEO or COO. Works closely with Human Resources on employee development issues.
  • Works with the CEO and COO to ensure the fiscal profitability of the Clinic. Ensures communication with the CEO and COO, Area Managers on all operational issues in the clinic and the possible effect on the entire area.
