As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment within a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to provide peace of mind to those on the premises, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PMSun07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter security-related risks and assist staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

Document and report any security-related incidents or irregularities according to established procedures.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a professional presence and support the security-related needs of the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
