Responsibilities
Reproduce customer issues to determine root causes and appropriate corrective actionsResolve customer issues that do not require development team interventionDocument and forward customer requests for modifications or enhancements to the appropriate teamProvide thorough and professional responses to customers, including step-by-step instructionsAssist training and implementation teams as neededQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalentBasic understanding of core accounting principles, including GAAP, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable2+ years of software support experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteEffective written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
