We are seeking a Project Housing & Accommodation Manager to plan, secure, and manage local housing and lodging arrangements to support our long-term construction operations in the Homer City PA area. This position will oversee all aspects of workforce housingsourcing, negotiating, and maintaining agreements with hotels, apartments, and other housing providersto ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient living accommodations for project personnel over the next seven years. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and experience managing vendor relationships or workforce logistics.

Responsibilities

Housing Procurement & Contracts

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate housing and lodging options (hotels, apartments, rental homes, etc.) within the project area.
• Develop and manage housing contracts and service agreements with landlords, property managers, and hospitality providers.
• Ensure all housing arrangements comply with company policies, budgets, and local regulations.
