Overview
The Food and Beverage Manager leads restaurant operations, balancing cost control, quality standards, and guest satisfaction. This role drives both the financial performance and the service culture of the outlet, ensuring excellence in hospitality and sustainable profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget.
- Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed.
- Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution.
- Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets.
- Maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests.
- Foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff.
- Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years as a dining room supervisor.At least 1 year of host experience and 2 years of server experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Academic Background
