Job Title : National Development Director
JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.
The National Development Director (NDD) plays a strategic role in driving revenue growth, increasing gross profit, and expanding market share within a defined geographical focus. This position requires a dynamic leader who can steer commercial development, guide sales teams across multiple countries or regions, and pursue high-value opportunities with large prospects and multinational corporations. The NDD must have a strong background in logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding, with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate objectives. The NDD will collaborate closely with JAS Global Account Management, Vertical Teams, and Regional Sales Management to ensure cohesive growth strategies and execution.
