Key Responsibilities :

• Perform advanced hand soldering of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Design, assemble, and inspect wiring harnesses, ensuring compliance with J-STD requirements.
• Lead the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex electronic equipment and systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices in soldering, wiring, and assembly.
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electronic components and assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
• Maintain meticulous records of work performed, including updating technical documentation and logs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites for installations, repairs, and support.
