Job Description

Location : Remote (US-based preferred)

Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Competitive

About Us

Were a stealth-stage fund and tech startup operating at the intersection of alternative markets and quantitative strategy. Backed by experienced operators and growing quickly, were building the infrastructure to scale a high-performance, data-driven business.

We're currently a lean team with outsized ambition. Our founder has a strong track record of execution and growth, and were looking for an Executive Assistant to help him move faster, stay focused, and operate at his highest level.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the Founder, youll be the right hand to a fast-moving, high-performing founder building a category-defining company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments, is obsessively organized, and loves bringing structure to chaos.

Youll be responsible for helping the founder protect his time, manage priorities, and maintain operational flow across internal and external initiatives.

What Youll Do

Your north star is simple : help the founder stay focused on what matters most. In practice, that will mean wearing many hats, and the exact nature of your responsibilities will evolve as the company grows.

Expect your day-to-day to include a blend of the following :

Manage the Founders Workflow : Own the calendar, protect time for deep work, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-ups happen, all while anticipating whats around the corner.

Triage Chaos Into Clarity : Help prioritize whats urgent vs. important across dozens of tasks, messages, and ideas. Youll help reduce cognitive load, not add to it.

Be the Founder's Operational Extension : Whether its coordinating a last-minute call with a partner, organizing internal priorities, or pushing a key project forward, youll keep the wheels turning.

Pick Up Unstructured Tasks : Youll jump into whatever needs to be done, figure out how to do it, and get it done fast.

Solve Problems Before They Escalate : Youll spot gaps, remove blockers, and flag anything that might slow us down, often before anyone else realizes its a problem.

Stay Flexible : The job will change, often. Youll need to adapt quickly and bring order and structure wherever its needed most.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

Have 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations role at a startup or fast-paced environment

Are an organizational powerhouse : you bring calm to chaos and thrive off streamlining complexity

Are a clear, concise communicator : you write well, think quickly, and know how to represent someone elses voice

Are tech-savvy and resourceful : you love learning new tools and figuring things out

Can read between the lines : you have high emotional intelligence, discretion, and understand how to manage relationships with tact

Dont wait for instructions : youre proactive, anticipate needs, and move things forward without needing to be asked

Are comfortable with ambiguity and change : the role and company will evolve quickly, and youre excited to evolve with it

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with Notion, Discord, Google Workspace, Airtable, and lightweight project management tools
