• Provide outstanding patient care based on physician prescriptions and clinical assessments.\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective nursing care plans.\n
• Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, medications, and self-care skills.\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.\n
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment by adhering to all infection-control protocols.\n
• Document all aspects of patient care efficiently and accurately.\n
• Maintain patient care equipment and supplies to assure optimal operations.\n\nEssential Qualifications : \n
• Active RN license in the state upon hiring.\n\nPreferred Experience : \n
